A piston compressor can rotate up to 60%.
Per hour it is max 40 minutes, not continuous.
The ltr / min values of a piston compressor are always specified in suction ltr / min.
Effective remains:
1-speed 1450 rpm piston compressors 70 - 75%
1-speed 1000 rpm piston compressors 75 - 80%
2-stage piston compressors 80 - 85%
The technical life of a piston compressor is difficult to determine. This is due to the fact that environmental conditions, maintenance, load, switching interval, etc., directly affect the life span.
Full load compressor needed? Then select a screw compressor. For workable dry air, a compressed air dryer and a filter package are also required, ask for your quote.
